North American customers preordering the game from GameStop for any platform will receive "Duke's Big Package," which includes "in-game EGO boost, Big Head Mode and T-Shirt pack," or from Wal-Mart to receive a Duke Nukem Forever trucker hat to get in touch with your inner Duke Kutcher. These bonuses are offered "while supplies last," but neither offer seems to be online yet.
